Who we are

Okhela is a business solutions Company established in 2020, amidst the Covid19 pandemic. As the saying goes, “never waste a good crisis”. We didn’t, and that led to the birth of our business.

Businesses are confronted with many conflicting challenges that threaten short-term success and long term viability. Balancing these conflicting challenges requires insight and courage. Businesses benefit from the skill set of our directors. The solutions we bring as consultants allow businesses to focus on sustainability, growing revenue and improving performance without incurring the expense of employing full time directors or subject matter experts.

In providing these solutions and helping business leaders make sense of a world that is facing enormous disruption and change, we will focus on the following services:

what we do

We engage with business leaders and derive an understanding of the issues they face before we develop a bespoke solution. This includes an in-depth review of the existing business culture, finance function, internal control framework, existing governance and the risk management policies and procedures that are in place. This approach enables us to identify problem areas and to provide a systematic approach and roadmap to the implementation of solutions.  

how we do it

We bring experience and skills to the development of solutions. Our approach is collaborative. We work together with our client’s internal team and leaders to identify issues that they need to address and to create the right solutions. A key part of this process is working in an effective and practical manner to transfer skills to our clients.

Where specific skills and expertise are required which we do not have, we leverage off a carefully chosen network of firms that share our vision and goals.
